Vehicle Fire Investigations

At Coastwide Engineering Solutions we thoroughly investigate all aspects of vehicle fires in order to determine the cause and origin. It is our aim to identify all contributing factors to the fire, including maintenance/repair issues, design faults, operator errors or operating incidents and impacts.  Our investigations often include tracing wiring harnesses, diagnosing ignition resulting from engine failure, considering the role played by brakes, tyres and wheels and investigating incidents of arson. We conduct vehicle fire investigations on all types of light and heavy vehicles and machinery.
